Dr. Henry Sardar, DO is a board-certified Pain Management specialist with extensive experience in Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Interventional Pain Management. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed his internship at Nassau University Medical Center, and pursued residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He further advanced his expertise through an Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at Seashore Ambulatory Center.

Dr. Sardar is certified in Pain Management and holds additional training in Osteopathic Manipulation, Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, and advanced interventional pain techniques. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to helping patients manage chronic pain through comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans that combine innovative therapies with rehabilitation-focused care.

As the Medical Director of BayWay Pain Management and a Pain Management physician at Ahava Medical, Dr. Sardar leads multidisciplinary teams focused on delivering personalized solutions for conditions such as back pain, neck pain, joint pain, neuropathy, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal disorders.
