Dr. Marc Janis earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tufts University in 1980 and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1986. He completed his internship in General Surgery at Montefiore/Einstein from 1986 to 1987, followed by a General Surgery residency from 1987 to 1988. He then served as a House Doctor at Westchester Medical Center from 1988 to 1989 before completing his Urology residency at the same institution from 1989 to 1993.

Dr. Janis began his professional career in private practice with Rajendran + Hale from 1993 to 1995. Since 1995, he has continued his practice through Marc Janis, M.D., PLLC. He is also a founding member of Southern Westchester Urology. Dr. Janis has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology since 1995 and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has been affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Urological Association, New York State Urological Association, and the Westchester County Medical Society.

Dr. Janis specializes in general urology, with particular interests in stone disease and erectile dysfunction. He is highly experienced in all aspects of urological surgery and emphasizes minimally invasive techniques. Many procedures can be performed in their state-of-the-art office, which offers anesthesia to ensure patient comfort and a high standard of care.
